High Aspect Ratio Structure: The acicular particle shape forms an interlocking network within coating films, significantly enhancing impact resistance, crack resistance, and flexibility. This structural reinforcement effectively prevents film cracking caused by mechanical stress or thermal expansion/contraction.

Lack of Water of Crystallization: With a melting point of approximately 1540°C, it releases no structural water even under extreme heat, ensuring volume stability and preventing blistering or cracking in high-temperature or fluctuating environments.

Low Coefficient of Thermal Expansion: Closely matches most resin systems, minimizing internal stress within the coating during temperature cycling.

Excellent Corrosion & Weathering Resistance: Chemically inert and resistant to acids, alkalis, and UV degradation, significantly extending coating service life in harsh marine and industrial environments.

Balanced Mechanical Performance: With a Mohs hardness of 4.5–5, it improves abrasion resistance while remaining gentle on processing equipment. Its good electrical insulation properties also suit specialty functional coatings.

Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, protected from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep packaging sealed and store on pallets away from the ground to prevent contamination and humidity absorption.
